Event Graphic Designer

The Event Graphic Designer serves under the Event Graphic Supervisor.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Create graphics/visuals for events with provided information
  • Communicate with Sales and Operations for graphic related items
  • Prepare graphic files for in-house or outsource printing
  • Communicate with Production/Studio about dimensions for props
  • Review and confirm client provided artworks are print ready quality
  • Attend site-inspections and measure to ensure graphic related items to fit in the appointed area
  • Graphic installations: apply substrate to props and/or venue areas
  • Provide graphic information: sizes/file type for Sales and Operations
  • Communicate/meet with Graphic Supervisor and Graphic Director about on-going programs


  • Efficient with Adobe Suite programs: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Strong graphic design skills
