The Event Graphic Designer serves under the Event Graphic Supervisor.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Create graphics/visuals for events with provided information
- Communicate with Sales and Operations for graphic related items
- Prepare graphic files for in-house or outsource printing
- Communicate with Production/Studio about dimensions for props
- Review and confirm client provided artworks are print ready quality
- Attend site-inspections and measure to ensure graphic related items to fit in the appointed area
- Graphic installations: apply substrate to props and/or venue areas
- Provide graphic information: sizes/file type for Sales and Operations
- Communicate/meet with Graphic Supervisor and Graphic Director about on-going programs
Qualifications:
- Efficient with Adobe Suite programs: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong graphic design skills
- Layout skills
- Creativity skills

- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
